Restaurant environment is nice and play jazz’s music, tables are rather small for hot pot though.
Price wise this cafe is quite reasonable, a hot pot range from $11 (meat pot), $13 (seafood pot), $15 (meat+seafood pot), they comes with a mini hot pots, meat, veggies, fish paste (their fish paste is very good), bean threads, tofu and rice. But it only comes with chines Satay Sauce 沙茶醬 and an egg (which i prefer just a soy sauce over this).
they have quite a few soup base you could order, I order the house special soup base, it is ok soup base. Meat is not that good (you don’t expect a good quality meat from this price anyway)
Gapgap order their Black curry Pork Chop on rice (i wonder why it is call black curry because it is just regular curry…yellowish color), their pork chop is stuff with hams, but it is rather thin slice of pork chop and not tender, not sure if it worth that price (as i remember it is about $8 or $9), GapGap don’t like it that much.
their drinks are kinda sweet (to me), but i like the papaya milkshake
