since i saw so many positive reviews at this restaurant, we went there on sat to celebrate an early Father day….
waiting time is quite long, for the 4 of us, we wait about 40 mins.
As for food, the dishes do remind me of 大排檔~ heavy taste.
since every review rave for their lobster, we order a 5lbs lobster ($17/lb), it is good, better than any stir fly lobster compare to other chinese restaurant, but the favor is kinda heavy (i still think for the best tasty of fresh lobster is garlic stream).

next is the Geoduck (elephant clam?), they said it is so fresh today so i place the order~about 3 lbs ($19/lb), but they cook it with ä¹å±¤å¡” (Ocimum basilicum?) which i really don’t like, so i end up didn’t really touch this expensive dish. On the other hand, i order the head of Geoduck as soup, and that soup is pretty sweet (not sweet sweet but seafood sweet).

I order one more veggie dish (tong choy, sorry no pix) and a French Style beef cube, the beef cube is not as tender as i think, not the best one i had but not bad either.

Compare to their special lunch price, this dinner is WAY too expensive ($170+tips)
